I have three incredible young adults, Johnathon, Jana, and Jaden. I am fun-loving, enthusiastic, and deeply caring for those in my community. I am an active member of my faith, community, and women’s groups. Throughout my studies, I have researched the many facets of eating, faith, and emotions as it relates to health. Within my practice as a Spirit, Mind, Body&Nutrition Coach I discuss opportunities of change through stress-relieving techniques, exercise, essential oil health, whole food living, breast health and am a back-to-basics advocate for better family life.
