All Star Knockout slot: features and gameplay
All Star Knockout updates the feel of traditional slots with a 5-reel layout in place of 3 reels. Gather stars as you spin to complete the award board and open the knockout bonus game. The source description says wins of over half a million Euros or Dollars may be possible; that is a claim about potential, not a guaranteed outcome.
Theme and Story Line
Fruit icons and 7s give this slot its retro look, while a star-filled award board adds a collection feature. Landing star symbols fills spaces linked to the game’s eight symbols. Completing a card activates the All Star Knockout Bonus, the main feature beyond the regular spins.
Graphics, Sounds, and Animations
All Star Knockout uses a 16:9 display and was released 11 March 2020. It supports mobile and desktop browsers including Chrome, Firefox, IE, and Safari for instant play, while some online casinos may offer a downloadable app. Its simple 3D artwork recreates a traditional slot with fruit, 7s, and bar symbols.
Yggdrasil combines symbols associated with older slots with contemporary presentation. Animated touches, an upbeat modern soundtrack, and distinctive sound effects give the game a more current feel.
Top Casinos to Play All Star Knockout:
Gameplay
Yggdrasil advertises a maximum win of €675,450. The layout has 5x4 reels, showing 20 symbols at a time, and 20 paylines. Wins form from left to right across 3-symbol, 4-symbol, or 5-symbol sequences on reels 1-2-3, 1-2-3-4, or 1-2-3-4-5, respectively.
The game uses 8 symbols across 20 pay lines. ‘KO’ heads the award table: a 5-symbol win pays 100x, a 4-symbol win 60x, and a 3-symbol win 30x the ‘bet per line’. Other icons include the red 7, white 7, and blue 7, plus 4 fruit symbols: cherry, orange, plum, and lemon. Symbols appear in stacks of 1, 2, or 3.
Find the ‘bet per line’ by dividing the ‘total spin bet’ across the 20 fixed paylines. For example, a total wager of 40.00 per spin works out to 2.00 per line (40 bet total ÷ 20 pay lines). With the ‘KO’ 5-symbol combination paying 100x the ‘bet per line’, a 2.00 line wager returns 100 x 2.00, or 200.00.
For the full payout list, open the slot’s mobile menu and choose ‘i’. The paytable shows the awards for each symbol. You can change your wager while viewing it, and the listed combination payouts update to reflect that selection.
The controls also include a ‘Speaker’ button to mute audio and an ‘Auto spins’ feature. Set the ‘total stake’ for each spin, then choose between 10 and 1,000 automatic plays.
Bonuses and Free Spins
Award Board: Each of the 8 symbols has 5 spaces on the board. When a star lands on the reels, it randomly fills one space for a symbol. Progress is saved separately for each stake: changing the wager resets the board for that stake, and returning to an earlier stake restores its saved stars.
All Star Knockout: Filling all 5 spaces on any award card starts the All Star Knockout bonus. The round awards 5 free spins. During the free spins bonus, further completed cards can add more free spins.
Free Spins Multipliers: At the start of the bonus, one multiplier—x5, x4, x3, or x2—is selected and applies to every win.
Random Bonus: A re-spin may begin at random during play. It is described as guaranteeing a win on the first spin, followed by further re-spins until no additional win occurs.
Bet sizes, RTP and Variance
The ‘STAKE’ setting lets players choose wagers from 0.20 up to 150.00 per spin. This range covers smaller bets as well as stakes of 150.00 per spin for high rollers. Yggdrasil gives All Star Knockout a volatility rating of 71.5%; the source places it in the medium-to-high variance category. The source describes its 96.1% RTP as average for a Yggdrasil slot.
Conclusion
Yggdrasil Gaming’s All Star Knockout brings a familiar fruit-and-7s style into a modern slot format. The award card feature is central to its bonus play, but completing it does not guarantee a profitable result. Payouts seemed more generous in the bonus than during base play; this is an observation, not a promise of future results.
