Faust online slot game
Faust is a Green Tube online slot designed to run well on lower-spec mobile devices. Its presentation is modest, and there are only 10 pay lines, but the game offsets that limited layout with high-value symbols, a lucrative scatter, free spins featuring expanding symbols, and a gamble feature.
Theme and Story Line
Faust draws on the familiar legend of a scholar who trades with the devil for the power of unlimited knowledge. The symbols carry that idea onto the reels, creating the setting for the devil’s bargain; the theme itself, however, does not make a win certain.
Graphics, Sounds, and Animations
Faust keeps its audio and visual presentation deliberately basic. Players seeking elaborate animation or 3D symbols bursting from the reels may find it underwhelming, but anyone focused on the reels, pay lines, and bonus mechanics may find the simpler approach sufficient.
Top Casinos to Play Faust:
Gameplay
Faust uses a 5x3 reel layout and offers 10 pay lines, adjustable from 1 to 10 for each spin. The smaller line count can mean fewer winning opportunities, while the free spins bonus may appear reasonably often. During the feature, the review reports the possibility of substantial wins, though outcomes remain random.
There are 9 standard symbols plus 1 symbol that serves as both wild and scatter. This is the ‘devil symbol’, while the remaining icons consist of 4 picture symbols and 5 playing-card symbols. Faust is the highest-paying symbol, with a published award of 5,000x the ‘bet per line’ for the relevant combination.
Base-game play is straightforward: connect winning combinations, then decide whether to use the gamble feature on smaller wins. The first 3 symbols of every combination must land on reels 1, 2, and 3. A 4-symbol combination adds a symbol on reel 4, while a 5-symbol win must travel across a pay line from left to right.
Bonuses and Free Spins
Free Spins: Landing 3 or more ‘devil face’ scatter symbols starts the Faust free spins feature. It awards 10 free spins with expanding symbols and a chance to retrigger additional spins. Before the round begins, one special expanding symbol is selected at random. After each winning spin, that symbol may fill the 3 vertical positions on the reel where it lands, with any additional wins added to the free spins game win accumulator.
Gamble Feature: After any win, the gamble feature presents a simple red-or-black choice. Select the correct colour for the next card and the amount won to enter the gamble game is doubled. You may then gamble the new winnings again or leave the feature.
Bet sizes, RTP and Variance
The stated minimum-to-maximum stake range is 0.01 to over 1000 per spin. Line selection runs from 1 to 10 lines per spin. Coin stakes can then be set from 10 to 1,000 per spin. With coin values of 0.01 to 0.05, the review says spins can be set from 0.01 per spin up to 50.00 per spin. The listed RTP is 95/1%; however, the free spins round may take time to arrive. The review suggests its accumulated wins can surpass session losses, but that is not a predictable result or a guarantee.
Conclusion
Faust is presented as an arcade-style slot rather than a modern online release. The source dates its design to 2015 and credits Green Tube, described as gradually entering the online slots market. Its lighter graphics have helped make it appealing to mobile slot players, according to the review. The free spins round is also said to have a reputation for producing large sums, with the potential to offset a losing session; that reputation is not a promise of results, but it helps explain why some players return hoping to trigger the feature early.
