Regent Casino Celebrates St. Patrick’s Day with €2,000 Mystery Prize Hunt Slot Promo
For St. Patrick’s Day, Regent Casino announced a €2,000 prize pool in its ‘Mystery Hunt’ promotion. To participate, members had to spin Leprechaun Goes Wild, a popular video slot promoted with the invitation to ‘Grab the luck of the Irish’.
Players joining the Paddy’s Day promotion at Regent Casino were asked to play the Play’n Go title Leprechaun’s Gone Wild, available on mobile and desktop. A spin had to be worth at least $0.10 to qualify automatically for the Mystery Prize Hunt.
The promotion said six winners would share the €2,000 pool when St. Patrick’s Day ended. Their prizes had zero wagering requirements, and the money was described as immediately withdrawable or available for unrestricted real money bets on any Regent Casino game.
The announced prize breakdown was:
- 1st place receives €500
- 2nd place receives €500
- 3rd place receives €250
- 4th place receives €250
- 5th place receives €250
- 6th place receives €250
According to the article, Play’n Go launched Leprechaun Goes Wild online video slot the month before publication, and it ranked among the two hundred most-played online slot titles in the UK. The game features high variance, a 96.2% RTP, 20 pay lines and a 5x4 reel arrangement.
Lucky Leprechaun, a character drawn from Irish folklore, is the featured figure in Leprechaun Goes Wild. The article says his lucky wildcards can shape play in the base game, the Luck of the Irish feature and the free spins bonus, with cash prizes as the hoped-for outcome for Regent Casino players.
In the Luck of the Irish feature, landing two scatter symbols anywhere on the reels triggers the bonus, which the promotion calls a way to find ‘Paddy Prizes’. It adds Lucky Leprechaun wildcards and extra four-leaf clover scatter symbols, helping form winning combinations and potentially activate the free spins feature.
Landing three scatter symbols activates the Leprechaun Goes Wild free spins game. The Lucky Leprechaun then returns as a sticky wildcard: it remains in place across several reel positions, allowing combinations to connect and wins to build during the bonus round.
The promotion presented the Mystery Prize Hunt as a chance to win €250 to €500 on St. Patrick’s Day. It also noted that anyone playing Leprechaun Goes Wild could potentially hit a 10,000x spin bet multiplier during the free spins bonus; this was a possibility described, not a promised result.
